MX-110 Multi-Function LCD Rework Station

110The Large Panel Rework Station handles up to 47"(Diagonal) LCD. Ease of use and ability to rework COG (Chip on Glass), TAB attach and ACF pre-attach.

No complicated vision setup and training required to use the rework station. Vision engine show life image of IC/TAB with read out of alignment position for accurate placement onto superimposed ITO on the LCD panel. Placement adjustment of 0.5um in X and Y is done with super precision Nano-micrometer.

Programmable temperature controller for flexible process control and individual pressure setting for pre-attach and final bond. User friendly window base GUI.
