MX-103 TAB Bonding Machine (Rotary Motion)
The MX-103 Series TAB Bonding machine are design for easy operations and high accuracy. Process control is made simple through the use of advance hardware and state-of-the-art software control. With up to 8 stages of user programmable heating and cooling profiles, sophisticated bonding processes can be easily setup.
Flexible light adjustment from Top and bottom LED lighting makes lighting setup for ITO on glass and flex PCB back lighting easy to setup.
The MX-103 Series are equip with a rotary stage. Work pieces can be loaded and unloaded during bonding cycle. This will enhance the machine throughput.
